BIG YANK is a legendary workwear brand founded in Chicago, USA, in 1919.
We have reimagined BIG YANK by appointing Yutaka Fujiwara of BerBerJin—a vintage shop specializing in vintage clothing—as our creative director. This product is a true masterpiece that recreates the designs of BIG YANK’s golden age in the 1930s; it is an iconic piece that embodies the brand, featuring all the patented details from that era.

■The fabric is a 20×30 count selvedge chambray that has undergone a sulfur dyeing process. The fabric will soften and mold to your body the more you wear it, allowing you to enjoy its rich patina over time.
■It faithfully reproduces the asymmetrical chest pocket—commonly known as the “Gacha Pocket.” Along with the cigarette pocket designed to protect cigarettes from moisture, these are iconic designs born out of practicality.
■It recreates the patented specifications of the era, such as the “Elbow Action Sleeve” that expands elbow mobility and a unique yoke that reduces strain on the back. We pursued the functional beauty of workwear.
■Pre-washed item.

I always wear size 15-1/2/L for Big Yank shirts. As usual, size 15-1/2/L fits me perfectly for this product as well.
I also usually wear size L for tops from other brands. For pants, I wear a 32-inch waist. Please feel free to use this as a reference.
