Lot No. 2322006

In the U.S. Army of the 1950s and 1960s, these pants—true to their “utility” name—were worn by everyone from special forces to base camp workers in all situations, including combat and rest periods. They are commonly known as “Baker pants” and are characterized by their front patch pockets.

■The fabric is 100% cotton back satin. This fabric was developed after analyzing the fabric of vintage utility trousers; it is characterized by a slightly thin, lightweight feel and a soft texture against the skin, while still being durable. Another appealing feature is the fabric’s texture, which displays the fine horizontal stripes characteristic of back satin.
■The front features a button fly with urea buttons. The back pockets have flaps, and the belt loops at the center back are offset.
■It features a clean silhouette that tapers gently toward the hem.
■Pre-washed item.
