This model incorporates design elements from vintage deck jackets. The upper portion features the brand’s original Half-Tex fabric, resulting in an outerwear piece that feels surprisingly lightweight despite its imposing appearance.
■The upper portion is made from the brand’s original Halftex fabric.
Inspired by the fabric of a World War I-era trench coat from Nigel Cabourn’s vintage collection, this new material achieves the vintage texture and durability of natural cotton canvas that has aged for 100 years, along with surprising lightness.
Halftex is an original, ultra-lightweight nylon fabric woven from twisted yarns made of hollow-core nylon staple fibers. It is characterized by a “dry, natural texture,” “extremely high nylon rigidity,” and “astonishing lightness due to its hollow-core design.”
The lower portion of the garment is made from a polyester fabric that has undergone a special shape-memory treatment.
■The liner is made of fleece. It is also lined on the inside of the sleeves, ensuring excellent warmth.
■The front features a clip closure and a double zipper, and the cuffs are adjustable with Velcro.
■This is an unwashed product.
