At the time, brands in the UK that focused primarily on twill and denim were rare. During World War II, the company manufactured workwear under government supervision and supplied it to the British military.
Nigel Cabon has revived the “LYBRO” brand for the modern era, reissuing the line through a series of collaborations.

■Based on a vintage mechanic’s cap, this model is crafted from cotton corduroy fabric. The ribbed, moderately thick, sturdy fabric features a rugged, military-inspired texture.
