PRE-ORDER FOR DELIVERY IN SEPTEMBER 2026
Based on 1940s U.S. Army combat boots, we’ve faithfully recreated distinctive details such as the toe cap and decorative eyelets, while updating various elements to create a pair that fits the modern era.
One of the shoe’s key attractions is the upper, meticulously finished one pair at a time by skilled Japanese artisans, along with the delicate stitching along the edge.
While featuring a clean, streamlined silhouette, the use of JOHN LOFGREN’s original E-width last ensures a comfortable fit even for those with high insteps.
The material used is Chromexcel Leather (an aniline-finished oil-tanned leather, thickness: 2.0–2.3 mm), the highest grade offered by HORWEEN, a long-established American leather manufacturer.
Because Chromexcel Leather contains a high oil content, it is resistant to cracking even with extended wear and is characterized by its thick yet supple texture.
The soles are made by the world-renowned manufacturer VIBRAM and offer exceptional durability. Furthermore, this product features cork-infused outsoles and heels, enhancing its vintage aesthetic.
Made with American-made cork-infused 700 outsoles and 7335 heels.
Crafted using the Goodyear welt construction—one of the traditional methods for leather shoes—it boasts exceptional durability thanks to its complex stitching.
This construction method, often seen in vintage boots and high-end shoes, is characterized by a level of durability that is unmatched by other methods.
Thanks to its complex stitching and structure, the shoe’s well-balanced weight creates a pendulum-like motion while walking, providing excellent support.
One of its key attractions is that it can be repaired—such as by replacing the sole or heel—allowing you to wear it virtually indefinitely.
