■The front panel is made from FILSON’s proprietary 14-ounce oil-finished tin cloth. “Tin” refers to the metal, and the nickname—which originated when tin was synonymous with sturdiness—has stuck, and the fabric is now commonly known by this name.This durable, oil-finished tin cloth offers far superior durability and water resistance compared to lightweight rainwear used for travel, making it a rugged design built to withstand years of use.
■The front features an embroidered FILSON patch.
■The back is made of polyester mesh to ensure breathability. Additionally, the rear strap and brass buckle allow for a wide range of size adjustments.
