This chore jacket features a design inspired by French workwear and is crafted from the brand’s original linen fabric.
■This product is made from linen woven at a high density using fine-count yarn—a technique for which Nigel Cabourn is well known. By weaving fine-count linen yarn at a high density, the fabric achieves a perfect balance of “thickness and stiffness.”
There are only one or two weaving mills in all of Japan capable of weaving fine-count linen at such a high density.And since this is the highest-density linen in Japan, it is essentially the highest-density linen in the world.
Furthermore, this product undergoes a process called “Nidom” treatment, which involves kneading and pounding the fabric to soften it and give it a vintage look.

■This jacket features a simple design characterized by a small collar and a clean, cropped length. The large, uniquely shaped front pockets serve as a distinctive accent.
