Based on country boots originating in Scotland and Ireland, we’ve refined this design with subtle details, design modifications, and upgraded materials and components to create a masterpiece suited for the modern era.
Commonly known as “wing-tip” in the United States, this design is no longer limited to casual wear but has become a staple in business settings as well.
By using D-Width’s original last, we’ve also focused on achieving a clean, streamlined silhouette.
Please enjoy the uppers, meticulously finished one pair at a time by skilled Japanese artisans, as well as the delicate stitching along the edges.

■We use highly rare cordovan leather from Shinki Leather Co.
Cordovan is leather made by tanning the cordovan layer found within the hide of a horse’s hindquarters. Unlike cowhide, which uses the “grain layer”—the surface of the hide from which the hair has been removed—cordovan is created by shaving away a portion of this layer to reveal a collection of strong fibers. It is characterized by its high strength and beautiful luster.
The number of horses from which cordovan can be harvested is small, and the amount that can be obtained from a single horse is extremely limited. Due to its rarity and beauty, it is a high-end leather often referred to as the “diamond of leathers.”
Shinki Leather Co., located in Himeji—the center of Japan’s leather industry—is one of the few tanneries in the world that specializes in horsehide and handles the entire process, from tanning raw hides into leather to the finishing stage, under one roof. The company is highly regarded worldwide for its exceptional quality.
■ The soles feature Italian-made 2055 soles and 2055 heels from the global manufacturer VIBRAM, offering outstanding grip, durability, and abrasion resistance.
■ Crafted using the Goodyear welt construction—one of the traditional methods for making leather shoes—these shoes boast exceptional durability thanks to their complex stitching.
This construction method, commonly found in vintage boots and high-end shoes, is characterized by a level of durability that is unmatched by other methods.
The complex stitching and structure provide just the right amount of weight, creating a pendulum-like motion that supports your stride.
One of the appeals of these shoes is that they can be repaired—including sole replacement, full sole replacement, and heel replacement—allowing you to enjoy them for a virtually indefinite period.
■They will be delivered in a dedicated box.

Each piece of natural leather is unique. You may notice minor scratches or wrinkles, but please enjoy these as part of the leather’s natural character. We look forward to your order with your understanding of these characteristics.
