Lot No. LK-017
Based on WWII U.S. Army service shoes, this masterpiece goes beyond a simple reproduction—it was crafted with a focus on creating a product that fits the modern era.
We invite you to appreciate the modified details by American designer John Lofgren.
The leather is the same premium Chromexcel leather (aniline-finished oil-tanned leather, thickness: 2.0–2.3 mm) from Horween, a long-established American leather manufacturer, as was used in the original era—here finished in a rough-out style and used generously.
Chromexcel leather is characterized by its softness and resistance to cracking, even with prolonged wear.
The soles are manufactured by the world-renowned Vibram, offering exceptional grip and durability.
We use American-made Vibram 700 soles and 700 heels.
Crafted using the Goodyear welt construction—one of the traditional methods for making leather shoes—these boots boast exceptional durability thanks to their intricate stitching.
This construction method, commonly found in vintage boots and high-end shoes, is characterized by a level of durability that far surpasses other methods.
The intricate stitching and structure give the shoe just the right weight, creating a pendulum-like motion that supports your stride.
One of its key attractions is that repairs—such as sole and heel replacements—are possible, allowing you to wear them virtually indefinitely.
They will be delivered in a custom box.

Each piece of natural leather is unique. You may notice minor scratches or wrinkles, but please enjoy these as part of the leather’s natural character. We look forward to your order with your understanding.
Due to the suede finish, there may be scuff marks on the inside of the boots. These are unavoidable byproducts of the manufacturing process. We look forward to your order with your understanding.
