This is part of the Motor Culture series set in “MOTOR PSYCLONE GARAGE,” a fictional motorcycle shop that operated in Oakland, California, from the 1950s to the 1960s.
These back satin shorts were designed to evoke the image of a custom order placed by the crew of this motorcycle shop.
■The fabric is 100% cotton back satin. Developed by analyzing the fabric of vintage utility trousers, it features a slightly thin, lightweight feel and a soft texture, while also being durable. Another appealing feature is the fabric’s distinctive appearance, marked by the fine horizontal stripes characteristic of back satin.
■These shorts are designed based on military pants and feature an adjustable belt with ladder-style buckles on both sides of the waist, allowing for some waist size adjustment without needing to wear a separate belt.
■The front features a button fly with urea buttons. A tool pocket is also located on the right side of the leg.
■The length is approximately knee-length, with a slightly wider hem for a relaxed silhouette.
■Pre-washed product.
