As a tribute to the military, the Japanese flag—the “Hinomaru”—is reimagined as “PAPA MARU” and is sewn onto most products in the collection as a trademark.
This hat is a modern reinterpretation of the classic “beach ball” style from the Vietnam War era. At the time, it enjoyed immense popularity among U.S. Navy soldiers and SEALs (Special Forces).
Today, it has gained popularity among all those who love a rugged style, and thanks to its snug fit and short brim, it has become one of the most sought-after styles. This season’s Beachmaster has undergone an update so significant that it has earned the reputation of being “the toughest cap out there.”
