【MAIN LINE】 MADE IN JAPAN
From Nigel Cabourn’s 2025 High Summer Collection, a new model has been released featuring a design based on the deck pants—commonly known as N-1 deck pants—once worn by the U.S. Navy on deck, crafted from fabric with a Wabash stripe pattern created using a discharge printing technique.
■The fabric used is a cotton material featuring a Wabash stripe pattern.
The Wabash stripe is a distinctive pattern commonly found in workwear, featuring white dots or stripes arranged across indigo-dyed fabric. Rather than being printed, the pattern is created using a dye-removal technique called “bassen,” which allows the design to stand out, offering a unique texture and rich, distinctive character.
Additionally, the inner facing is made of denim.
■This product is designed without a lining, so even though it’s a pair of overalls, it’s lightweight and comfortable to wear even in hot weather.
■The front features magazine pockets and flap pockets—distinctive details of the British Army—while the back includes slash pockets, making this a masterpiece that goes beyond a simple reproduction.
■The front retains vintage details and features a double-layered construction—a zipper fly secured by a button-fastened flap on top—which enhances wind resistance while also serving as a safety feature in case the zipper fails.
■This item has been pre-washed.

Color transfer will subside after several washes.
