This wide-silhouette open-collar shirt is made from a checkered hemp fabric.

■The fabric is made from a brand-original hemp fabric.
Because hemp yarn has even less elasticity than linen, it is difficult to weave into a plain weave. In addition to the issue of elasticity, knots tend to form in the yarn during the twisting process, which can cause the yarn to break during weaving. If a warp thread breaks, weaving naturally stops at that point, making it completely unsuitable for efficient production. This fabric is truly a rare and precious material.
Combining breathability and durability, this shirt offers a lightweight feel and the unique texture characteristic of natural materials.
■Based on a vintage open-collar shirt from the 1950s, this shirt has been reimagined using hemp fabric. You can enjoy how it softens and develops a deeper texture with each wear.
