About LYBRO... A British workwear brand that existed around 1950 and is now found only in vintage form. At the time, brands in the UK that focused primarily on twill and denim were rare, and during World War II, the company manufactured and supplied workwear under government control. Nigel Cabourn has revived the “LYBRO” brand for the modern era. This line was reissued by Nigel Cabourn as a collaboration.

This work dress is designed based on a vintage utility jacket, incorporating the Mitchell camouflage pattern used by the U.S. Marine Corps around the 1950s.
■The fabric is cotton canvas. It is a sturdy fabric with just the right thickness, characterized by the rugged texture typical of military shirts.
It has also undergone a washing process called “enzyme wash,” which softens the fabric so you can enjoy a worn-in look right from the start.
■Two large pockets are placed on the chest, completing the simple overall design.
■Although the product name includes “dress,” it is actually a full-open coat with a relaxed fit. The front closure is designed in a men’s style, and the sizing allows men to wear it as well. (A staff member who is 180 cm tall and usually wears men’s size 50 found size 10 to be a perfect fit.)
■This item has a washed finish.
