This model features a design based on pants worn by the U.S. Army in the 1930s, crafted from the brand’s original denim fabric.
■The fabric used is the brand’s original denim, created by thoroughly analyzing vintage denim and bringing it back to life for the modern era.
The complex and rich texture visible in the vertical direction—which is clearly different from ordinary denim—stems from the random arrangement of three different thread thicknesses in the warp.
This weaving method—which involved arranging threads of varying thicknesses sequentially from one end to the other—was developed against the backdrop of wartime material shortages and is by no means a standard practice. We have revived this “phantom” denim—born during the war and swept away by the tide of mass production after existing for only a brief period—for the modern era. Additionally, at 12.5 ounces, it is slightly lighter than typical denim, making it comfortable even for those who dislike the stiffness often associated with denim.
■The back adjuster allows you to secure the waist firmly, and aside from the four patch pockets, the design is extremely simple.
These pants feature a straight silhouette that’s neither too slim nor too wide, with a clean, unassuming line—their high versatility, which makes them easy to pair with any outfit, is another key appeal.
■The front features a button fly. Additionally, the waistband includes suspenders buttons, so we recommend styling them with suspenders.

This product is “raw denim,” meaning the fabric and garment have not been pre-washed.
If you tumble dry the garment after washing, it may shrink by up to approximately 3 cm at the waist and 4 cm in the inseam.
However, the amount of shrinkage may vary depending on the washing time and drying conditions. Additionally, the fabric will stretch when worn after shrinking.
