About OX’ED SILVER… This is a new label launched with the Fall/Winter 2023 collection. It revives, for the modern era, workwear suits—as well as the shirts, T-shirts, and other garments worn with them—that were originally worn by specific workers, artisans, and artists from the primary and secondary sectors, based on extensive research and analysis.
This season’s collection focuses on four professions—engineers, master masons, firefighters, and architects—and incorporates elements from these roles into the designs.
As the product name suggests, this item is designed based on the vests worn by engineers.
■The fabric is a brand-original check pattern woven from a complex palette of colors using a two-ply yarn spun from a blend of hemp and linen “top” yarns in over 10 colors.
“Top” refers to yarn that has been dyed in its raw state; this process gives the resulting yarn a natural, irregular texture, which, when woven into fabric, creates a complex, rich, and deep appearance.
Please enjoy this one-of-a-kind fabric that possesses a striking texture so impressive it could be mistaken for wool, while also featuring the crisp, crisp texture of linen and hemp.
■The buttons are luxuriously crafted from buffalo horn, meticulously carved by hand. Furthermore, the carving process was intentionally left incomplete midway to create a rough, rugged finish—a testament to the meticulous attention to detail.
■Although the color name is listed as “GREEN,” this is actually a complex check pattern woven from over 10 colors, including green, beige, brown, and yellow.

■This item features a washed finish.
