This model is based on the "monkey pants" briefly used by the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in the 1940s and features a duck hunter camouflage pattern on a cotton-nylon fabric.
■The fabric is a sturdy, moderately thick cotton-nylon blend that offers a sense of reliability. This material has long been used in outdoor apparel; it is lightweight, highly durable, and combines water repellency with breathability.
■This model features a print of the “Duck Hunter Camo” pattern, which was used by the U.S. Marine Corps around the 1940s. It has also been treated with a fade finish, allowing you to enjoy the patina that develops with wear.
■Featuring a large hip pocket—known as a “monkey pocket”—as its most distinctive feature, this piece incorporates details from U.S. military pants throughout, showcasing Nigel Cabourn’s signature eclectic design.
■The front features a button fly.
■We’ve toned down the bold contrasts typical of camouflage patterns, resulting in a subdued color scheme that’s easy to coordinate, even for those who aren’t usually fans of patterned clothing.
■ Jackets, shirts, and vests from the same series are also available, so we recommend coordinating them as a set.
■ This item has a washed finish.
