These popular, classic army cargo pants are made from pigment-dyed ripstop fabric.
True to Nigel Cabourn’s expertise in vintage items, this is a masterpiece that goes beyond a simple reproduction of the M-51 cargo pants.

■The fabric is cotton ripstop. It has been pigment-dyed, giving it a unique, uneven color effect and a rich, distinctive hue.
■While based on the U.S. Army’s M-51 cargo pants—the quintessential cargo pants—this design incorporates details from cargo pants of various countries, including the UK, and from different eras.
This is a masterpiece worth noting for its details, such as the button-adjustable waist, suspenders buttons, and the gusseted pocket on the right front hip.
For a sleeker look, tuck the included drawstrings from the side pockets on the thighs into the pockets before wearing.
■The off-white color features a special resin coating on the fabric to prevent it from being see-through.
■ The front features a zipper.
■ This item has a washed finish.

These are actual measurements; however, since these are pre-washed items, slight variations between individual pieces may occur. Please consider these as a general guide.

Unlike standard dyes, pigment dyes are prone to fading.
Color transfer may occur when rubbed against white or light-colored items. To be safe, we recommend wearing this product with darker-colored items. When washing at home, color transfer to light-colored items may also occur.
While indigo (authentic indigo dye) stops bleeding after a certain number of washes, pigment fading and color transfer do not stop; therefore, as a precaution, please wash this product separately.

Since we apply pigment dyeing to high-density fabric that is very difficult to dye, we use a stirring process during dyeing—a step not typically performed. Some fabrics may exhibit uneven coloring, scuff marks, or streak-like patterns; however, these are not defects. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
