Nigel Cabourn’s Fall/Winter 2025 Main Line collection focuses on 1950s movie stars.
During this era, when the harsh and prolonged World War II had finally come to an end and the world was experiencing economic and cultural revival, movie stars on the silver screen were truly symbols of a bright and hopeful future.
This product is designed based on the coats that actresses would drape over their costumes while waiting between takes.
■The material is a brand-original jacquard-woven wool fabric.
Woven with British wool on the outside and merino wool on the inside, the fabric features a rugged, rug-like texture on the surface, while the inside offers the soft, comfortable feel unique to merino wool.
■The hood is lined with blanket fabric, and the jacket features a clip positioned only at the very top of the placket, along with a double-zipper front.
■The front features a woven pattern based on the Broad Arrow, a signature motif of Nigel Cabourn.
