This product is based on the so-called “service shoes” once issued by the U.S. Navy and has been designed to meet modern needs.
“Service shoes” refer to military boots issued by the U.S. Navy from the 1940s through the 1990s, which were provided to service members to wear as part of the dress code during special ceremonies and other occasions.
Among these service shoes, we have created a masterpiece suitable for the modern era by taking the early 1940s models as a base and making subtle changes to specifications and design, while upgrading materials and components.
The result is a highly versatile pair of shoes that works equally well with rugged styles and elegant looks.
■The upper is made of French calf leather finished in Japan. It features a fine grain and a exceptionally beautiful surface. Its soft texture and vibrant color are particularly appealing.
■The sole is manufactured by the world-renowned company VIBRAM and offers excellent grip, durability, and abrasion resistance.
■The heel features a QUABAUG heel, which is still produced in the United States and boasts high durability and abrasion resistance.
■The sole is securely fastened using the Goodyear welt construction method, ensuring a stable build. This method, commonly found in vintage work boots and high-end footwear, is characterized by its comfort and resistance to water and sand penetration.
■The shoes will be delivered in a dedicated box.
