【MAIN LINE】 MADE IN JAPAN

From Nigel Cabourn’s 2025 High Summer Collection, a wide-silhouette military shirt made from rayon fabric has been released. This item has been further treated with pigment dyeing, allowing you to enjoy its unique color variations and rich, deep hues.

■The fabric is made of rayon. Often found in vintage aloha shirts, this material is characterized by its unique, soft drape and luster. Once known as “artificial silk,” it is humanity’s oldest synthetic fiber.
By interweaving rayon filament yarn as the warp and spun yarn as the weft—using rayon threads of varying thicknesses—the fabric achieves a distinctive play of light and shadow along with just the right amount of thickness.
■The distinctive front pockets follow the design of the flap pockets featured on the U.S. Army’s M-43 field jacket.
■The dropped shoulders, combined with the soft, drapey texture unique to rayon, create a cool, relaxed fit that’s comfortable even during the hottest summer days.
■Pre-washed item.

Sizes are based on actual measurements, but there may be slight variations between individual items. Please consider these as a general guide.
For home care, gently wash by hand using a neutral detergent. We recommend using a general-purpose “delicate wash” detergent. Alternatively, we recommend dry cleaning at a specialty shop to prevent shrinkage and loss of shape.

This product uses pigment-dyed fabric.
Unlike standard dyes, pigments tend to fade more easily.
In rare cases, color transfer may occur due to friction with white or light-colored items. To be on the safe side, we recommend wearing this product with items that are darker in color than it is.
Similarly, when washing at home, color transfer to light-colored items may occur in rare cases.
While indigo (traditional indigo dye) stops bleeding after a certain number of washes, pigment-based color fading and color transfer do not stop; therefore, to be on the safe side, please wash this product separately from other items.
