This shirt features a checkered hemp fabric and is inspired by jacket designs commonly seen in French workwear.
■The fabric is a brand-original hemp material.
Since hemp yarn has even less elasticity than linen, it is difficult to weave into a plain weave. Furthermore, beyond the issue of elasticity, knots tend to form in the yarn during the twisting process, which can cause the yarn to break during weaving. If the warp threads break, weaving naturally stops at that point, making it completely unsuitable for efficient production. This fabric is truly a rare and precious material.
Combining breathability and durability, this fabric offers a light, comfortable feel and the unique texture characteristic of natural materials.
